This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our little customers.
Once a product has left our warehouse, it cannot be resold or reused due to hygiene considerations.

Damaged or Wrong Product Recieved?

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
1) Your order details
2) Clear photographs of the product received
3) Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item

Our team will review your request, and if the issue is verified, we will:
1) Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
2) Provide store credit, depending on product availability.

Please Note

1) Returns or refunds are not available for products that are simply unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or no longer required.
2) Minor colour variations caused by lighting, photography, or individual screen settings are not considered product defects.
3) Products must not be washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery when reporting a genuine product issue.
4) Replacement or store credit is subject to verification and product availability.
