At Prekies, we aim to deliver your baby’s favorite outfits quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
We partner with trusted courier services across India to ensure a smooth delivery experience for every customer.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped.


2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive orders earlier, while remote areas may take a few extra days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather delays, courier strikes).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹[Your threshold amount, e.g., ₹999].

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹[amount, e.g., ₹79] for orders below the free-shipping limit.

  • The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the link provided or by visiting the courier partner’s website.


5. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across India.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to suggest alternate options.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.


6. Delays or Non-Delivery

  • In rare cases of delay or lost shipment, please reach out to us at support@prekies.com with your order ID.

  • We will coordinate with our logistics partner and provide a resolution at the earliest.

  • Prekies is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability of the recipient, or courier partner issues beyond our control.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may face delays or be returned to us.
If a parcel is returned due to address errors, re-shipping charges will apply.


8. Damaged Package on Delivery

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please:

  • Do not accept the parcel, and

  • Notify us immediately at [support@prekies.com] with your order details and pictures.
    We will arrange for a replacement or store credit after verification.


9. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
