Overview

At Prekies, your baby’s comfort and safety are our top priorities.
Since our products are baby clothing, which fall under hygiene-sensitive categories, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

We take utmost care to ensure that every item shipped to you is new, unused, and quality-checked before dispatch.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • All items sold on prekies.com, including rompers, dungaree sets, pyjamas, and other baby wear, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • This policy is in place to maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards for all our little customers.

  • Once a product has left our warehouse, it cannot be resold or reused for hygiene reasons.


Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Our team will review your request and, if verified:

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Provide a store credit, depending on stock availability.

Please note: minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings will not be considered defects.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
