Because our products are designed specifically for newborn and preemie babies, they fall under hygiene-sensitive categories. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item has been delivered, except in specific cases mentioned below.
Every product is carefully quality checked, packed, and dispatched in brand-new condition to ensure the highest standards for your little one.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

All products sold on prekies.com including rompers, dungaree sets, pyjamas & other baby essentials are non-returnable & non-refundable once delivered.

This policy helps us maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring that every item reaching a baby is completely new and untouched.

Once a product leaves our warehouse, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
In the rare event that you receive:

an incorrect item, or

a product with a manufacturing defect
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the product
Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange for either:

a replacement, or

a store credit, depending on stock availability.
Please note that minor colour differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects.
Order Cancellation
